Shipping policy
Every Driftwell piece is made to order. That means when you place an order, we get to work. We appreciate your patience — and we think the wait is worth it.
Processing Time
Because each order is made fresh, please allow 3–5 business days for us to produce and prepare your item before it ships. This does not include transit time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via USPS and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on your location and order size, but we’ll always choose a reliable method that gets your gear there safely.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

Total estimated time from order to doorstep: 6–10 business days in most cases.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $65. Orders below $65 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We’re working on expanding — stay tuned.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us at hello@driftwellsupply.com.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to make it right.
