Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We make everything to order, and we make it with care. If something isn’t right, we want to fix it. Here’s how our return process works.


Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with any tags still attached

  • Not marked as Final Sale


How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@driftwellsupply.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

We’re a small team — please don’t ship anything back before hearing from us first.


Refund Options

Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose:

  • Refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days)

  • Store credit (issued immediately upon confirmation)

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive something that’s defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.


Exchanges

Want a different size? Email us and we’ll do our best to make it work. Because items are made to order, exchanges depend on current availability and production timelines.


Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” at time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
